The City of New Haven today announced the launch of GoNewHaven, a custom parking app developed for the city’s over 3,000 metered parking spaces.

The GoNewHaven app is powered by parking technology leader Passport, who has provided the city’s mobile parking enforcement technology since 2015. Passport pioneered the private label parking application, launching custom solutions in large cities like Chicago, Boston, and Toronto. Lunch Spotlight: Kumo Hibachi Steakhouse

There are limited places to get sushi within walking distance from the New Haven Green (where our office is located), but Kumo Hibachi Steak House, located at 7 Elm St, on the corner of State & Elm Streets, is a neighborhood gem.

Not only is the environment and staff welcoming, but the food is really good. The space itself is a lot larger than it looks from the outside. From the entrance, there are several tables in the well-lit main seating area, a large bar, and the hibachi stations. The vibe is modern and clean.
