Special Projects manager
Elizabeth formed a life-long connection with urban public places as a young girl when she did cartwheels in downtown parks, marched in holiday parades, and imagined histories of aged buildings.
Now as Special Projects Manager at Town Green, she assesses the vitality of New Haven's public realm and manages improvement projects accordingly to help build a more equitable, well-loved downtown from its sidewalks to plazas. In addition to her graduate training in material culture from Yale University, she has a knack for neighborhood engagement and a sharp eye for recognizing the dynamics between places and people.
