Health & Safety Event Guidelines:
The event is FREE to attend, RSVP not required. All guests are required to register names and contact info upon entry to the event. Staff may ask those who refuse to leave.
Space is limited. Please plan to arrive early to secure your spot as Pitkin Plaza has a fire code seating capacity.
Masks are optional. As an outdoor/open air event, we will not require masks for guests. We do, however, expect guests continue to respect other attendees’ space and will be enforcing distancing. Sanitizer will be available at the check-in table.
While some bistro table seating is available, guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, blankets and other items and are expected to clean up any personal trash and take home all items at the end of the event.
Event staff reserves the right to remove any guest or group found not following these health & safety guidelines or any other requests.
